Biography
George was a SP player, an umpire, a game photographer and an all around great human being. He was an accomplished SP pitcher and played well into his retirement years. George umpired both fast and slow pitch softball for over 30 years. When not on a field as a player or an umpire, he enjoyed documenting games with his camera and gave of his time and talents joyfully. Oh, and he NEVER wore a chest protector. :)
